Refund Flow

Refunds are generally initiated after return or cancellation verification. Timelines can vary depending on the payment method, bank processing, and the seller's internal review requirements.

  • Orders may usually be cancelled before dispatch
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete returns can be rejected
  • Refunds can take additional time to reflect in the original payment source
  • Supporting images or videos may be needed for damaged-order claims

Exceptions

Customized products, digital goods, hygiene-sensitive items, or categories explicitly marked non-returnable may not qualify for return or refund.
